League Information

Monday - 6:30pm - Ladies League

2018-2019 Monday Ladies League Rules

This league is a good combination of social and competitive for ladies.  Members may request to play as a team, but generally sign up as individuals and teams are assembled by the Drawmaster.  All 3 sessions have different formats and may involve different team rosters for each session.  Members can create new teams for the final round robin session, which ends with the top 2 teams playing for the Ladies' Club Championship and having their names added to the Lee Davis Cup.

Monday - 8:30pm - Open Social

This is a very social Open league but with a few pretty competitive teams.  Members generally sign up as a team, but individual entries may be placed on teams by the Drawmaster.  The first 2 sessions are round robin play.  The 3rd session is a double knockout playdown resulting in the crowing of the season-long Champion, who receives the coveted Pink Belt.

Tuesday - 10:00am - R.O.C.s

This is a very social drop-in league (mostly made up of Really Old Curlers) that accepts individual entries.  Teams are assembled by the Drawmaster depending on who shows up on any given week.

Tuesday - 5:45/8:15pm - Men's League

2018-2019 Tuesday Men's League Rules

This is our most competitive Men's league.  Members generally sign up as a team, but individual sign-ups may be invited to join a team or placed on a Sub list.  Teams are placed in 3 separate divisions depending on standings from the previous session (or previous season).  The first 2 sessions are round robin play within divisions.  Teams are then seeded and placed into groups according to points accumulated during the first 2 sessions.  The 3rd session is round robin play within those groups, leading to the playoffs, which result in the Men's Club Champion's names being placed on the Lon O'Connor Trophy.

Wednesday - 6:00pm - Skip's Ladder

This is a fairly social Open league with individual sign-ups.  Teams are selected by Skips over 3 separate sessions.  The final session is a playoff session, leading to the crowning of a season-long Champion.

Thursday - 1:00pm - Men's League

2018-2019 Thursday Men's League Rules

This is a fairly social Men's league with individual sign-ups.  Teams are selected by Skips over 3 separate sessions.  Skips change for each session depending on the standings.  Points are tracked, and the season ends with the crowning of an individual points Champion and a fun day where teams are configured based on individual points standings.

Thursday - 5/7/9:00pm - Open Competitive

2018-2019 Thursday Open League Rules

This is a fairly competitive Open league.  It is also our largest league.  Members generally sign up as a team, but individual sign-ups may be invited to join a team or placed on a Sub list.  Team names are chosen according to a specific theme that changes every year.  The end of the season features a playoff round resulting in a season-long Champion being crowned.

Friday - 6:00pm - Open Social

This is a very social Open league with individual sign-ups.  Teams are chosen by Skips and team names are chosen according to a specific theme that changes each session.  The season is divided into 2 sessions, which also include some non-competitive "Fun Nights".  Points are tracked and a Champion is crowned at the end of the season.

Friday - 8:15pm - Mixed League

This is a very social Mixed league with individual sign-ups, but it does not necessarily follow the typical Mixed (alternating gender) format.  Many couples sign up to play together, but there are also many singles in the league.  Members can request to be teamed up with their spouse, other couples, or other singles, or the Drawmaster will assemble teams.  The season is usually divided into 2 sessions, during which teams may be reassembled (or not).  Win-loss records are not tracked.  In fact, most games only last 6 ends, and the score is only used to determine who buys the first round!

Friday - 10:15pm - Open League

This is an open fun league with team sign ups. The league will not have a standard round robin.
Instead it will be a title match format. There will be a champion who will periodically have to
defend their position. Each week will also include at least one game with a stipulation such as
the short game, skins, biters are better, timed match and many more. Individuals are welcome
to sign up as well. Individuals will be assigned teams by the drawmaster. Teams can also sign
up to play intermittently. Contact the drawmaster with your availability.

Sunday - 4:45/7:00pm - Open Social

This is a very social Open league with individual sign-ups.  Teams are chosen by Skips or assembled by the Drawmaster over 3 sessions, concluding in a season-long championship.
